Since October 2019 I ran a successful micro bakery making products with a focus on my cultural heritage and country of birth. Babka has always been the main event with a core range plus seasonal flavour specials, but I soon expanded my range into biscuits and cakes. My biscuit range is heavily influenced by my early childhood in South Africa. My bakes have been stocked in places such as Selfridges food hall, Melrose & Morgan and various delis across the country.

The business was put on hold in July 2023 when I had to move out of ny production facility. I have since taken part in one-off events and produced private orders for customers.
