Why Me?
I've had 16+ years experience in the hospitality industry. A lot of that time was spent as a Pastry Chef/Baker but I also spent a great deal of time managing teams both front and back of house. I understand the inner workings and need for both areas to work cohesively.
I have also run a successful small business on my own, from recipe development and productions through to marketing, logistics and planning. So I can understand things from many stand points.
